The large, comfortable lounge, conservatory area, and terrace are all well appointed, as are the rooms. The resort includes an indoor pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. The Chalet St Lukas is recently fully refurbished, and has a lovely warm atmosphere. It is near the village of Mayrhofen in a quiet area, approximately 10 minutes walk to the village center.  Biking and hiking trails are even closer, and the views of the local mountains are quite amazing. The style is traditional and comfortable, and the facilities are good. There is a bright and spacious dining room, nice rooms with free WiFi, and a sauna on the premises. Free daily packed lunches are included, along with buffet breakfast as well. Afternoon teas and cakes, four-course evening meals, and a well stocked wine cellar guarantee a pleasant dining experience. Outside you will find a terrace and small, well-kept garden. This is a lovely small hotel accommodating 27-34 guests.

Chalet Mara, Kaprun, Austria

This small hotel is very private and personal, with superb service, and close to the lovely town center of Kaprun. Beautiful views abound, and hiking and biking are excellent here.  The style is traditional, and comfortable throughout including modern bathrooms.
